Our team offers a comprehensive range of landscaping services, including, but not limited to:

Garden Design: Creating aesthetically pleasing and functional garden layouts.
Lawn Maintenance: Regular mowing, edging, and fertilizing to keep your lawn healthy.
Planting Services: Selection and installation of plants suited to your garden’s environment.
Hardscaping: Installation of patios, pathways, and retaining walls.

Payment Terms

All payments for services rendered are due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, including:

Bank Transfers
Credit/Debit Cards
Cheque Payments

Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in our invoice terms.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this period will not incur any fees. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service, a cancellation fee may apply.

Refunds for services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with our work, please contact us within 14 days of service completion to discuss a resolution.

Liability

Landscapers South Kensington strives to provide high-quality services with the utmost care. However, we are not liable for:

Pre-existing conditions of your property that may affect service delivery.
Damages caused by natural events such as storms or floods.
Third-party actions that may interfere with our services.

We recommend that clients maintain appropriate insurance coverage to protect against unforeseen incidents.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

Provide accurate information regarding the scope of work.
Ensure access to the property during scheduled service times.
Inform us of any specific requirements or preferences in advance.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may impact the timely completion of services.

Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and related documents created by Landscapers South Kensington remain our intellectual property. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use these materials for personal purposes. Any commercial use or reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients via email or through our official communication channels. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Kensington.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice under the following circumstances:

Material breach of contract terms.
Insolvency or bankruptcy of either party.
Mutual agreement to terminate the services.

Termination does not absolve either party from fulfilling obligations incurred prior to termination.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during the course of the engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, client lists, and design documents.

Force Majeure

Landscapers South Kensington shall not be held liable for any failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, or governmental actions.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and Landscapers South Kensington, superseding all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

Acceptance

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
